TNF Founder with World Record Holder.
I’m a skill hunter who explores the globe to learn. I spent two days with the world-renowned Wim HOF in the Netherlands. (I'm to the left of Wim Hof Pictured above)
The extraordinary accomplishments of Wim Hof blew me away. I would describe Wim as David Goggins meets Robin Williams.
The last day was 12 minutes in 7 degrees freezing ice bath.
Key insights I experienced.
Psychology can trump physiology.
You are 1-2 skills away from controlling your mind.
Breathing can increase blood flow to your brain and alter your present state.
The focused intention is a game changer.
Love and kindness is the answer.
Wim HOF has several world records and accomplishments.
Record #1: Longest Ice Bath- 1 hour and 52 minutes without a drop in body temperature.
Record #2: Farthest Swim Under Ice, a jaw-dropping distance of 57.5 meters.
Record #3: Running a Half Marathon Barefoot
Accomplishments: Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot.
